Church Hill School Condominium Association

Residents of Church Hill School Condominiums are committed to the vibrant community of Lanesboro. We brought back to life an old school house built in 1917 on the city's tallest hill. The school was vacated in 1990 and purchased by Dan and Maureen Anderson in 1993. In 2007, a group of local residents and frequent Lanesboro visitors joined Dan and Maureen to transform the three-story school into 15 housing units. The project succeeded, and the condos are owned by a mix of permanent and part-time residents, including some who attended the school as children.
